Cancellation policy

48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive an automated text, Please reply YES to confirm.

If you need to make any changes, reschedule or cancel, please call us ASAP to do so.

24 hours notice is required for all changes/cancellations, failure to do this will incur a 50% charge of service fee.

​

All no shows are required to pay 100% of the service they were booked for.​​

​

We ask that these fees are paid in good faith and within 24 hours of original appointment.
